Constance's Italian Turkey Broils

This is a super-quick and tasty lunch item I threw together to imitate the local paninis we loved. I use my own homemade kefir bun recipe, but if you like other bread, feel free to substitute.

Thinly slice bread (or each bun to make four rounds of diminishing size), buttering the largest cut side and placing that facedown to fill a cast iron skillet. With amounts according to taste, layer strips (slices or shreds) of leftover turkey, drizzle with Italian dressing, and top with sliced provolone. Broil until cheese browns slightly, ~5 minutes. Serve immediately.
